Job Summary:
Responsible for the review and overall administration of contracts, sample agreements contained in requests for proposals (RFPs), purchase orders, and leases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the facilitation of contracts, purchase orders, and leases from the initial review through final execution
  • Provide detailed review, analyses, and recommendations for RFPs, contracts, purchase orders, and leases to ensure accuracy, legality, and responsiveness to requirements.
  • Negotiate legal/contractual issues with associate suppliers and customers to resolve issues
  • Clarifying/explaining contractual requirements to associate suppliers
  • Coordinate with branch managers/staff and act as a liaison between branch and customer/associate supplier, to provide detailed information as necessary, to facilitate contract execution process
  • Create, compile and maintain various databases of pertinent information
  • Compile, review and maintain pertinent document files for all contracts reviewed
  • Prepare correspondence requests for modification and/or clarification, contractual deficiencies and other issues
  • Perform analysis of Associate Supplier's certificates of insurance for adherence to contractual requirements. Correspond with Associate Suppliers as necessary to achieve full compliance 
  • Manage activities and duties of Contract Assistant and/or support staff as required
 
Other Duties:
  • Acts as a mentor and provides guidance to staff or train staff as needed
  • Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures
  • Submit periodic reports to management as requested
  • Responsible for various other administrative and supervisory duties as directed by Company
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience
  • Experience writing proposals and/or contracts
  • Candidates must be skilled with MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook 
  • Candidates must be creative, highly organized, self-motivated, and willing to accept direction, have strong oral and written communications skills and possess the capacity to work in a deadline-oriented, fast paced environment

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Prior contract administration or coordination experience
