Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' Experience in data analysis of test results
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Hipot testers, Milliohm Meters, automated continuity, and DC Resistance test equipment, and multimeters using appropriate test methods
- Ideally able to interpret engineering drawings/wiring diagrams
- A proactive approach and strong communication skills able to work both independently and as part of a team
- An understanding of test equipment including calibration and maintenance requirements
- An awareness of manufacturing and test workmanship, IPC/WHMA-A-620, NASA-STD-87394 and other workmanship standards.
- An awareness of Quality systems, ISO9001 and 14001, AS9100
- IT literate, experienced with Excel, Word, e-mail
- Manual dexterity
- Organizational skills
- knowledge of EMI shielding testing and LEAN manufacturing and test - however training will be provided in all these areas
- Hands on experience of CableScan tester, Network Analyzers and RF test experience in a manufacturing or development environment is desirable
- someone from a cable build assembly background
