Description

Why work for Broadleaf Results? Drawing from our 60-year history delivering talent and workforce solutions to customers throughout North America, we realize and adhere to an important truth: we are only as good as our people. Our team members have some of the longest tenures in the industry-and it is not by chance. We believe people are our most important asset. Broadleaf offers an environment where employees are not only challenged to grow and succeed, but are given the tools, training, mentorship, and development needed to get there.

Every day, Broadleaf team members have opportunities to positively impact the many people we serve-from clients and candidates to business partners and colleagues. Our employees-through their creativity, talent, and willingness to learn-are essential to the success of our company. Interested in taking the next step to join the Broadleaf team and make an impact? We are seeking a highly capable, action-oriented and engaged individual to join us as a Talent Scout.

The Recruiting Center's main purpose is to support the fulfillment of Broadleaf's RPO and Managed Service Program (MSP) clients' open requisitions through advisement, facilitation of and screening of candidates, building talent communities by pipelining candidates and/or developing valued relationships with hiring managers and associate suppliers, and ensuring a positive experience for the active candidate being migrated to the 'hired' status and cleared to start.

Talent Scouts are responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a positive experience. NO recruiting/staffing experience needed, we will train.

As a Talent Scout, you will learn to develop your skills and strategies to help us build strong talent pipelines by identifying where talent is likely to be found and exercise tenacity with trying to get in front of this audience through calling, emailing, texting, and/or soliciting an introduction through networking to generate candidates that would be right for identified positions.

What Broadleaf has to offer:
  • Great benefits package that includes health insurance, health savings account, dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, and 401K
  • PTO and 7 paid holidays
  • Flexible work options available

  • Draft and manage recruiting communications to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Develop partnerships enhancing your ability to manage multiple, complex searches and create innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with diverse talent.
  • Must be able to build relationships and interface effectively with recruiting teams through regular status updates and by seeking appropriate guidance throughout the scouting process.
