Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant HR, employee relations and recruiting experience
- Experience working through complex and sensitive employee issues
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting process - sourcing, selection and onboarding
- Ability to lead, manage and develop team of direct reports
- Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication ability
- Present a positive and professional image
- Must model the highest degree of moral and ethical behavior and maintain confidential information
- Contributes as a valued team member and colleague with leaders at all levels
- Demonstrates personal awareness and desire for continual learning and personal development
- Strong action orientation with a high degree of initiative
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledgeable in online recruiting
- Staffing industry experience a plus
