Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (prefer BSEE)
- Min 5 years of quality engineering experience in a supervisory or management role within an electronics or aerospace or defense organization. At least some of this experience needs to be in electronics manufacturing (e.g., PWB, CCA, SMT) with knowledge in electronics associated standards IPC 610, 620.
- Min 3 years of experience with quality manufacturing systems and understanding of specifications, gage certification, capability analysis, data and defect analysis, variance reduction, etc.

Preferred:
- Experience with APQP PPAP AS9145 requirements highly preferred.
- Experience with electronics, power supply devices is preferred.
- Experience with AS9100 standard regulations, including planning and implementation, is critical. Certified ISO/AS Lead Assessor credentials a plus.
- Working experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies / cert is a plus
