Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

Schedule: 3:00pm-11:00pm/Monday-Friday

  • Operate production machinery while continuously monitoring the quality of output
  • Make machine adjustments using company-supplied hand tools and other supplies as needed to ensure product quality and production speed.
  • Complete various paperwork and data entry as required by ISO or department procedures.
  • Review the job jacket and approved proof for each job to determine customer specifications, such as raw material requirements, type of finish, type of application, and stamping process.
  • Communicate all pertinent issues as they relate to quality, production or maintenance directly to the production lead 
  • Perform routine operator maintenance of machinery
  • Operate and setup (in some cases) various types of specialized finishing equipment in accordance with job specifications and material requirements
Pay Rate: $18.19/hr.
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  •  Minimum of 1 year of experience working in production or manufacturing
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to comprehend, speak, write and read English
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively and courteously with coworkers
