Acara Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Program Coordinator to work with a client of ours. This is a full time opportunity to work with an enthusiastic and motivated team!

Responsible for the management and operations of the Company's staffing program with customer including customer service, supplier management, and daily account activity and setting goals/objectives for accounts. Represents Acara as the focal point for customer and supplier issues/concerns. Will work with customer and supplier to ensure all processes and procedures are completed per program requirements. Complete and uphold all Key Performance Indicators. Position may be located at branch office or at customer site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the customer and supplier's subject matter expert for the MSP and VMS
- Supervise administrative and operations activities including personnel administration, payroll/billing, quality program compliance, matters involving other suppliers working with customer, internal security program compliance (if applicable), report generation and maintenance of appropriate files in accordance with Company policy
- Analyze program and recommend best practices for customer and supplier
- Manage open orders by working with customer to understand the business needs and the suppliers to fulfill the needs
- Manage suppliers to ensure completion of program requirements including daily work functions,
- employee relations to include terminations, ensure proper on-boarding and off-boarding of assigned contractors, as needed
- Prepare and present reports, including quarterly business reviews, for customer and corporate staff
- Validate system information for accuracy of contingent workforce headcount
- Establish reports to be sent to customer, work with reporting team to develop the reports and distribute reports to the customer
- Ensure weekly invoicing is sent to customer and is accurate
- Help resolve any invoicing or remittance issues
- Promote customer goodwill and increase sales or business expansion with customer
- May provide VMS administration, including documenting requirements, etc.
- May provide support to customer on VMS tool
- Train customer and supplier to use VMS tool both in person and via WebEx
- Survey all users for program satisfaction and review results to determine actions to improve satisfaction
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Oversee administrative supervision of assigned contract employees
- Establish customer/associate supplier/contract employee relations through frequent contact and various activities
- Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures
- Submit weekly reports to management as requested
- Responsible for various other administrative and supervisory duties as directed by Company
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor"s Degree
- 3 years of HR and/or staffing experience including a solid understanding of HR laws and branch operations experience
- 1 year of experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Managerial and staffing industry experience
- Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a serviceable vehicle suitable for business
