Acara Solutions is looking for Receptionist for our Client located in San Francisco, CA

  • Acts as point of contact for employee service calls, requests, and issues.
  • Directs employee service requests to the appropriate staff or contract service for resolution including engineering, maintenance, cleaning, mechanical and vendors.
  • Is responsible for issuing and obtaining approvals for work order requests in addition to Manager approval.
  • Is on-site support for Streaming Employees.
  • Diligently support and maintain good working relationships with employees.
  • Supports employee move-ins and move outs and assists with the coordination of events.
  • Point of contact for all visitors - notify team members of visitor's arrival, ensure visitors are greeted upon arrival and feel welcome
  • Answer, screen, and direct all incoming phone calls.
  • Assists with general administrative tasks as assigned such as preparing spreadsheets and reports, and logging and dispatching employee service calls
  • Assists with new hire onboarding and badging
  • Maintain company directory listing with assistant names, numbers, and other helpful contacts
  • Manage seasonal/occasional gift distribution
  • Manage conference room cleanliness, set-up, and supply stock
  • Manage print station cleanliness, set-up, and supply stock
  • Screen all incoming emails to the office management inbox and direct to the correct recipient
  • Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers, as well as interoffice deliveries
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies and keeping up to date inventories.
  • Manages employee supply requests.


Pay and Benefits:

  • The Salary for this position is $ 30.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience working at a Hotel, Restaurant or in a Call Center
  • Familiarity with basic office procedures and equipment including but not limited to faxing, scanning, printing, and copying
  • Be able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work requests
  • Be computer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Google Drive, and other office programs
  • Possess a high level of interpersonal and communications skills and be willing to be a team player
  • Have problem-solving skills, pay close attention to detail, and possess the ability to work well under pressure and deliver within deadlines

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
  • Vendors ensure that any unvaccinated workers follow applicable safety protocols when they are on-site.
  • It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure that at all times when performing services on-site at a U.S. client's location or property, those individuals, at a minimum, will wear a disposable face mask certified by ASTM International with an ASTM Level 1 or higher rating (to be changed every day).
  • If the individuals regularly work within three feet of others, the vendor also implement a secondary mitigation measure such as a face shield or safety glasses.
  • Additional safety protocols be needed, as determined in the sole discretion of clients Company or its affiliates.
  • Please note that workers only remove the face mask if the worker is alone in an office with the door shut, or the worker is six feet of distance from others and actively eating or drinking.
