Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience working at a Hotel, Restaurant or in a Call Center
- Familiarity with basic office procedures and equipment including but not limited to faxing, scanning, printing, and copying
- Be able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work requests
- Be computer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Google Drive, and other office programs
- Possess a high level of interpersonal and communications skills and be willing to be a team player
- Have problem-solving skills, pay close attention to detail, and possess the ability to work well under pressure and deliver within deadlines
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
- Vendors ensure that any unvaccinated workers follow applicable safety protocols when they are on-site.
- It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure that at all times when performing services on-site at a U.S. client's location or property, those individuals, at a minimum, will wear a disposable face mask certified by ASTM International with an ASTM Level 1 or higher rating (to be changed every day).
- If the individuals regularly work within three feet of others, the vendor also implement a secondary mitigation measure such as a face shield or safety glasses.
- Additional safety protocols be needed, as determined in the sole discretion of clients Company or its affiliates.
- Please note that workers only remove the face mask if the worker is alone in an office with the door shut, or the worker is six feet of distance from others and actively eating or drinking.
