Acara Solutions is looking for a Large Assembly Technician for Siemens Healthineers located in Hoffman Estates, IL

- This position if for the mechanical setup of SPECT/CT medical imaging machines.
- Follow work instructions to assemble and configure medical imaging systems.
- Use of hand, power and air tools during assembly and configuration processes.
- Perform all duties using good documentation practices.
- Document non-conformances.
- Work alone or in a group.
- Practice 6S.
Pay and Benefits:
- The salary for this position is $20.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- At least a High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Floor Assembly Technician.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of client processes.
- Ability to work with minimum guidance to fulfil customer demands.
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Background in mechanics and electronics.
- Ability to read blueprints or assembly drawings.
- You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word and Outlook)
- Ability to work well with others.
- Excellent oral communications skills.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
