Acara Solutions is looking for Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist for our client located in Los Angeles, CA

  • The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will demonstrate a strong understanding of people, processes, and technology within a highly complex, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Maintain internal resource aids such as SharePoint sites and content & grant user access to internal TA applications and tools
  • Full-management and execution of contract conversion of contingent workforce consultants
  • Assist in building a talent pipeline and help with candidate sourcing and screening candidates for entry-level roles as needed
  • Deep understanding of recruitment operations process
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, such as HR Technology, HR Operations, Talent Operation Managers, Global Mobility & Compensation, Legal & Marketing
  • Onboard new team members including creating new hire acclimation plans, requesting account accesses, ordering equipment, etc.
  • Subject matter expertise with talent acquisition technology systems, preferably Workday
  • Liaise with Global Mobility on International Recruitment and relocation
  • Project work as necessary including but not limited to data reporting, employee referral program, SuperUser point of contact

Pay and Benefits:

  • The Salary for this position is $ 32.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in professional talent acquisition or an operational background
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment operations with focus on experience management, critical transactional components
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in utilizing Microsoft Office 365 products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with following structured processes
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Success driving process and systems advancement across a team
  • Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment
  • Leading projects; preferably in a progressive and best in class recruiting organization with high volume, large multi-national organization
  • Familiarity with FedCon regulations within talent acquisition and operations
  • Prior or current experience in Talent Acquisition operations
  • Prior or current The client Company experience with an understanding of client HR systems and processes
  • Proven success with coaching and developing team capabilities and leading through vision and values
  • Previous experience as a Training Facilitator, or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
