Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Quality Production Technician for our Client located in Walpole, MA

  • This position involves the performance of routine and final QC testing of precommercial products.
  • Work includes laboratory testing on ADVIA Centaur, CP, and Atellica platforms, and data analysis.
  • Performance of QC testing protocols (Instrument proficiency, QC protocols, TDMS)
  • Perform testing on precommercial products using ADVIA Centaur XP, XPT, CP and Atellica instruments.
  • Data review, batch record review
  • Foster team environment
  • Calibration and maintenance of Lab equipment
  • Lab duties as needed
  • Participation in monthly safety activities
  • Appropriately prioritize workload with minimal supervision
  • Increased efficiency through time management, multi-tasking, and intra-department cooperation
  • Participate in project driven work (Quick Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing)
  • Provide feedback on processes and data analysis with supervisor
  • Aiding new product launch by execution of validations, technical protocols, and reports.
  • Perform frontline troubleshooting as appropriate
  • Begin to show independence and lead other employees

Pay and Benefits:

  • The Salary for this position is $20.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
 
Job Requirements

 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' Experience in operation of clinical diagnostic lab testing equipment.
  • Minimum of 2 years' Experience in presenting own work and accomplishments within the group setting

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology
  • Experience with ADVIA Centaur XP/XPT, Centaur CP, and Atellica (AIM).
  • Basic computer skills- Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of SAP
  • Knowledge of and compliance with ISO, GMP, QSR
