Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Aircraft Maintenance
- Minimum 5 years' experience with flight control removal and reinstallation such as flaps, ailerons, elevators, rudder, vertical, and horizontal stabilizer.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Removal and reinstallation experience.
- Need to be certified to perform engine runs on T56 and/or AE 2100D3 engines and show proof of certification.
- Able to enter confined spaces such as center wing auxiliary tanks, dry bays, and horizontal access panel. Center Wing
- Must have own hand tools.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- Primarily manufacturing/assembly environment.
- Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current.
- Must be able to bend and reach.
- Must have close visual acuity such as viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and operation of machines, and assembly or fabrication parts at close distance to the eyes.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, Must be able to maneuver up to 50 lbs.
- Will be performing substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Must pass Flightline physical & Audiogram
