Location: Cerritos, CA
Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00/hr
Work Hours: M-F 7am-4:00pm

Job Summary
This position is primarily responsible to troubleshoot, evaluate and manage data about products from dealers and customers to ensure efficient operation of the repair, replacement and support process.
Essential Functions
All essential duties are able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation to all individuals with or without disability.
- Inspect and test Dead on Arrival (DOA) units from being sent directly from our outside service centers (20%)
- Logs all actions into the DJI repair software database (10%)
- Test functionality for takeoff and landing under tethered safety conditions (10%)
- Connect with dealers for products that are not qualified to transfer to HQ and determine whether to reevaluate the product, ship back the products or repair the products. (10%)
- Repair units, both hardware and software (5%)
- Certifies the units are fully repaired or replaced (5%)
- Ensures cameras are set up to record status of equipment prior to, and during repair (5%)
- Check claims and communicate with other departments (5%)
- Conduct dealer training to ensure the dealers have the necessary knowledge and skills about the products (5%)
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Knowledge
- Warehouse logistics and electronic technical knowledge
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Office Excel required;
- Computer proficiency required;
- Typing ability for 40 / min required;
- SMT/Through hole soldering, and experience with UAV systems required;
- Microsoft dynamics preferred
