Location: Cerritos, CA 
Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr
Work Hours: M-F 7am-4:00pm

Job summary 

This position is primarily responsible for serving core cooperative partners and customers by assisting with technical problems of DJI products, following repairing case progress and providing solutions for aftersales requests.


Essential Functions

  • Provide technical assistance for both enterprise and consumer products through emails, phone calls and other possible means provided by the company 
  • Evaluate the importance of different customers and prioritize the repair tasks to the repair team accordingly 
  • Direct the accessories and repair material requests as well as the value added service requests (Maintenance Training & Insurance etc.) to GKAS team and inform the customers that their requests are being handled promptly 
  • Be familiar with DJI after-sales policies and thoroughly inform the dealers and end users about the policy 
  • Handle special service requests ( ex. Flying test for a specific repair case) by clarifying with the customer whether the request is executable and update the customer of the progress
  • Work quickly and efficiently to resolve customer issues within DJI time guidelines
  • Design and provide customized product solutions for enterprise customer's demand, including hardware and software
  • Negotiate service plan and solution with enterprise customer
  • Handle escalated customer service issue and customer complaints
  • Explain in laymen's terms how to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned 
Job Requirements




Associate degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 


Previous customer service and/or call center background preferred

  1. Engineering background
  2. Drone background: Parts 107 certification or drone operation experience


  • Office knowledge required;
