This position is primarily responsible for serving core cooperative partners and customers by assisting with technical problems of DJI products, following repairing case progress and providing solutions for aftersales requests.

Associate degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous customer service and/or call center background preferred
