Acara Solutions is seeking Assemblers for one of our top clients! This thriving company is a leader in semiconductor manufacturing. The Assembler position is a vital part of the organization and responsible for assembling products, conducting quality checks to prepare for shipping, as well as working with team members to assure on time completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, the ability to be detail oriented, and works well in a team environment. Location: Tualatin, OR
Starting Pay: $20.00+ per hour plus 15% shift differential
Hours: Weekend Compressed (5pm - 5 am)
Environment: Manufacturing clean rooms

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned.
o Perform complex assembly, assembly testing, adjustments and quality checks
o Review production data to identify areas on non-conformance and implement modifications as necessary
o Prepare status reports
o Work with team members to devise and develop modifications and improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling
o Ensure and verify material is handled and loaded on production lines properly
o Give direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards
o Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship
o Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur
o Work independently with moderate supervision
