Acara Solutions is seeking qualified Materials Support & Service Agent to support our customers aviation production business.
Compensation: $20-$22hr
Shift: 8am to 5pm M-F

Handles customer issues regarding material services activities, such as Rentals, Loans, Return Material Authorization Analysis, Credit Memos Analysis, core management and sometimes AOG Support. Trains Customers on Embraer"s Web tool Flyembraer- eParts and Audits customers "and Embraer Authorized Service Centers" On Site Stocks.
  • Handles customer issues regarding material services activities, such as Rental, Loans, Return Material Authorization Analysis, Credit Memos Analysis, Core management and also AOG Support.
  • Analyzes customers" requests- emails triage, processing and follow-up.
  • Participate in special projects - Kaizen, customers" meetings, conference calls.
  • Controls the returns of unserviceable Parts and constantly updates database ( Core Control )
  • Monitors Embraer Sites backorder and repair order management, maximizing the efficiency of these sites (Singapore, France, etc.) inventory and overall material costs.    
  • Interacts and follows up with several departments/ sites to resolve customer issues concerning exchanges, rentals, part returns stuck in the warehouse, Non-conformities (QMs) including issues of quantities, technical specifications, aircraft model/type, serial numbers, etc.
  •  Keep workplace organized
  • Continually seeks opportunities in improve process flow and work efficiency.
  • Performs other tasks as requested periodically.
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years of customer service experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing and inventory experience a plus
